matrix participates in workshops on the topics of recruiting, training and digitization in training
Small and medium-sized companies are facing extreme challenges as a result of the corona pandemic: Production stops, short-time work, loss of resources - all of this changes the company. Many companies are currently struggling to survive. At the same time, it is important today to think about tomorrow: namely about the next generation in training. That is why matrix participates through the commitment of Emscher-Lippe high 4-Project employee Kerstin Helmerdig at the action weeks for securing skilled workers of the Federal Ministry of Labor. Three different web seminars are offered on the topics of recruiting, training and digitization in training. An overview of the workshops offered in cooperation with the eba can be found here:
Finding the right employees in the face of increasing staff shortages is a challenge. We discuss how recruiting has changed, what the cornerstones of successful recruiting are and which channels can be used to reach new employees.
Future education! Now:
In-company training is the basis for securing skilled workers. But how does a company fi nd trainees, and how does it keep them up to the start of their training and beyond? What types of training are there? What rights and obligations do employers and trainees have? What funding opportunities are there?
Digitization in training:
Above all, digitization will drive training in the coming years. In the seminar we provide information on what digitalization can look like in training, what contribution the next generation of companies can make and measure how far your company has progressed in this area.
All seminars offered are free of charge and take place as zoom conferences. Interested parties can send an email to, stating the workshop title and date firstname.lastname@example.org Sign in.
The workshop series takes place within the framework of the Project Emscher-Lippe high 4 instead.
