matrix gGmbH

The matrix gGmbH for the promotion of democracy, participation and sustainable social development is the non-profit company in the matrix group.

The matrix gGbmH is the sister company of the matrix GmbH & Co. KG. The gGmbH was founded in spring 2020 out of the ambition to bundle numerous non-commercial projects and the matrix commitment as well as to develop and implement new projects.

These include, among others

  • Projects on equal opportunities through inclusion and health promotion in social spaces,
  • Projects for and with young people, for example in the field of STEM funding or
  • Projects around the topics of sustainable agriculture and food supply.

Democracy. Participation.
sustainable social development.

The establishment of this new unit contributes as a structural measure to the realization of our corporate objective that in future more people can live, learn and work independently.

MINT networked

MINTvernetzt is the service and contact point for the community of MINT actors in Germany.

These are supported by networking rooms, transfer offers and innovation impulses to make innovative and sustainable MINT educational offers that appeal to even broader and more diverse target groups. This includes girls and young women in particular.

MINT is networked by Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and funded by the Amber-Stiftung, the matrix gGmbH, the National MINT Forum eV, the University of Regensburg as well as the Donors' Association implemented together.

As a network partner, matrix gGmbH is responsible for the technical and conceptual structure of the MINT-E platform and community management.
